Job summary

42 North Dental in Massachusetts is seeking a Dentist to oversee the full clinical patient experience from initial exam and treatment plan to delivery of care, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

You will join a growth-focused practice that welcomes a strong flow of new patients and emphasizes continuing education, mentorship, and collaboration with a broad network of Doctors.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license to practice dentistry.
• Vaccination for Hepatitis B.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patient dental records.
• Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standards of care and ethics.
• Keep updated with new developments and best practices.

Education
