Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a full-time General Dentist in Saginaw, MI. You will oversee the complete patient experience from initial exam to care delivery, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The role offers an annual rate with a daily guarantee or up to 36% of collections, plus discounted benefits, health/Dental/Vision, 401K, and ongoing CE opportunities.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the ADA CODA.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and maintain patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism.
• Stay updated on new developments and continuing education.
