Aspen Dental in New Jersey is seeking a Lead Dentist to serve as Managing Clinical Director. This full-time role offers high earning potential and the chance to lead a patient-centered clinical team while Aspen provides back-office support.

You will lead comprehensive dental care, oversee treatment planning, mentor staff, and uphold the highest standards of practice. A signing incentive of $25,000 is available and the compensation package reflects the leadership scope.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited school.
• Licensed to practice dentistry in the state.

Responsibilities

• Lead a patient-centric clinical team while upholding the highest standards of dental practice.
• Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
• Provide treatment planning options and discuss them with patients.
• Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
• Mentor and coach dental staff and support teams.
• Maintain awareness of budget and collaborate with Operations to meet financial objectives.
