Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Lead Dentist/Managing Clinical Director in the United States. This full-time role offers the chance to lead a patient-centric team, perform comprehensive exams, and present treatment options while maintaining the highest standards of care.

You will work with a world-class DSO that provides back-end support, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for practice ownership. A generous benefits package and ongoing education are included.

• Lead a patient-centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership.
• Assume excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to high standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism.
• Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
• Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients.
• Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
• Maintain awareness of budget and collaborate with Operations to meet financial objectives.
• Mentor and coach new dentists and the dental team.
• Stay informed on new developments in dentistry through ongoing education and professional development.
• Network with professional groups and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices locally.
