Aspen Dental is seeking a lead dentist as Managing Clinical Director in a full‑time role in the United States. The position offers salary potential from $230,000 to $400,000 per year, with signing incentives and relocation support.

You will lead a patient‑centric team, provide exceptional patient care, mentor staff, and advance your professional skills through ongoing education and the Practice Ownership Program.

Qualifications

• Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school.
• Aspen Dental-branded practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists.

• Assuming excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism.

• Maintaining an awareness of the budget and working with Operations to attain financial objectives.
• Mentoring and coaching new dentists and an entire team of dental professionals.
• Keeping abreast of new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development.
• Networking with professional groups and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices.
