Job summary

42 North Dental seeks a Dentist to oversee the full clinical patient experience from initial exam and treatment plan to delivery of care. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, within an established practice.

This on-site role offers ongoing continuing education, mentorship, and collaboration with a network of Doctors, with a strong patient flow in our Oregon-adjacent setting. Equal opportunity employer committed to high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment options with patients and maintain dental records.
• Review and interpret x‑rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standard of care and ethics.
• Keep up with new developments and continuing education.

Education
