Job summary

42North Dental, built by dentists for dentists, is seeking a Dentist to help deliver healthy, confident smiles for life. Rooted in Boston, the practice partners with leading healthcare providers to test and launch new treatments and services, continually raising the bar for dentistry.

As a Dentist you will diagnose and treat patients, create comprehensive treatment plans, review records, and stay current with the latest technologies.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Vaccination for Hepatitis B.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain highest quality standard of care and ethics.
• Keep up with new developments and continuing education.
