Job summary

42North Dental is hiring a Dentist to lead the patient experience from initial exam through treatment delivery, with in-office services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics. The role emphasizes education, treatment planning, and collaboration within an established practice.

The candidate will diagnose and treat patients, promote oral health, review records, and stay current with advances in dentistry. A DMD/DDS and active state license are required.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures as needed
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics
• Keep up with new developments and continuing education
