Job summary

42 North Dental, built by dentists for dentists, is seeking a Dentist to lead the full patient care journey in a practice that delivers periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics. You will help shape the patient experience from initial exam and treatment planning to delivery of care.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore health.
• Review treatment options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth and supporting tissues.
• Maintain the highest standard of care and ethics.
• Pursue ongoing education and professional development.
