42North Dental in Rhode Island is seeking a Dentist to deliver high-quality dental care to a growing patient base. This role involves promoting oral health, diagnosing conditions, educating patients, and creating comprehensive treatment plans.

Qualified candidates will hold a DDS/DMD from an ADA CODA-accredited program, possess a current state license, and have BLS/CPR certification. We offer strong mentorship, CE opportunities, and a path for career growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed dentist with a DMD or DDS from an ADA CODA-accredited program
• Active state dental license
• Hepatitis B vaccination documentation
• Malpractice insurance proof
• BLS or CPR certification

Responsabilités

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care and ethics
• Keep abreast of new developments through continuing education

Formation

DMD or DDS degree

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
