We are seeking qualified individuals, including recent dental school graduates, to join Dentists of Sterling. This role offers opportunities to learn new skills from experienced professionals, receive mentorship from an Owner Dentist, and participate in continuing education and regional training sessions.

As an Associate Dentist, you will:

• Receive mentorship from an Owner Dentist and peer Associate Dentists
• Access industry-leading continuing education with over 600 hours of CE
• Collaborate with in-house specialists
• Work in fully digitized practices equipped with the latest CAD/CAM technology
• Manage patient records using the EPIC system in coordination with other healthcare providers
• Have the option for true practice ownership
