North American Dental Group (NADG) is seeking a General Dentist for a full-time, community-based practice in Poland, OH. You will diagnose, treat, and maintain patients with full clinical autonomy, supported by Hygienists and Dental Assistants.

The role features a 4-day work week, and a sign-on bonus as part of a growing, patient-centered dental team. The practice utilizes advanced tools such as Overjet AI and Sprint Ray 3D printing, with 100% practice-paid lab fees and PPO/FFS reimbursement.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Completion of a post-doctoral residency program for all specialists.
• Current/Active license in good standing in the state (or eligible to obtain).
• Dedication to integrity and achieving high standards of ethical patient care.
