ETS Dental in Wilmington, DE is a family-based, fee-for-service and PPO dental practice seeking a full-time General Dentist to join the team and serve adults. The practice has a loyal patient base, modern technology, and on-site staff including assistants and hygienists.

The candidate should bring comprehensive general dentistry skills, prefer molar endo and implants, and be open to weekend work for consistency in patient care.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive General Skillset.
• Molar Endo and Implant Placement preferred.
• Clear Aligner Treatment experience optional.
• Willing to work 2 Saturdays per month – 1/2 day.
• 1 full year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide general dental care to adult patients in a family practice setting.
• Collaborate with on-site assistants, hygienists and support staff.
• Utilize modern technology on-site (iTero scanner) to enhance diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Maintain steady monthly production by delivering high-quality patient care.

Our well-established, family-based dental practice in Wilmington, DE is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our team and work alongside our current provider. Serving northern Delaware for over 20 years, we offer stability, continuity of care, and a loyal patient base.

Requirements of the Dentist:

• Comprehensive General Skillset
• Molar Endo and Implant Placement (strong pref.)
• Clear Aligner Treatment Experience (optional)
• Be willing to work 2 Saturdays per month – 1/2 Day.
• 1 Full Year of experience

• Fee-for-service and PPO model
• Family Practice, mainly serving Adults
• Modern Technology on site (iTero Scanner, etc.)
• Monthly Production Average: $50-$70K (experience dependent)
• 1.6 Million in total Annual Revenue
• On-site Assistants, Hygienists, and Admin/Support staff

Compensation & Benefits of the Dentist:

• $1,000 Daily Guarantee for 3 months
• 40% of NET Production
• 401K program, CE allowance, and Malpractice coverage
• $25,000 SIGN-ON Bonus
• Future Partnership Option

Schedule:

• Monday (OFF)
• Tuesday – Friday (9:00am-5:00pm)
• Saturday (Off by 2:00pm)
• Sunday (OFF)
