Our long-established private group practice in Leesburg, Virginia is seeking a skilled Associate Dentist to step into a productive, well-supported schedule as a valued long-term team member transitions out of the practice.

We’re seeking a clinically confident General Dentist with at least 3 years of experience who enjoys practicing comprehensive dentistry and building long-term patient trust.

• Competitive Tiered Compensation Model
• Standard Starting Structure: 30% of Collections
• Primarily FFS patient base with strong earning potential
• Part-Time Schedule:
  • Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Potential flexibility to add an additional 1–3 days per month if desired
