Job summary

Raybrex Dental Recruiting is assisting a Tuscaloosa practice in hiring a dentist for patients aged 13–21. The office has an established patient base and strong monthly new patients. The position can be full-time or part-time, with full clinical autonomy and mentoring from a collaborative team.

Ideal candidates hold a DDS/DMD with a state license, strong communication, and teamwork skills. A new graduate is welcome to apply.

We are a dentist recruiting company working with a wonderful office that is seeking a dentist to treat teenagers and young adults. Anywhere from 13 to 21 years old.

They have a well established patient base already and many new patients per month. They would consider either a full time dentist or a part time dentist.

A dentist has full autonomy to perform whichever procedures he or she is proficient in. The rest they can refer out. They can offer good mentoring and collaboration therefore they would consider a new grad.

They have an amazing staff of hygienists, assistants and front desk, that all work very well together. The staff is very well trained and have a long tenure.

Associate Dentist Responsibilities:

• Examining patients' teeth and gums to diagnose and treat various oral health issues.
• Utilizing X-rays and computer-generated imaging to assist with examinations.
• Providing dental treatments to patients.
• Administering local anesthesia to patients as needed.
• Educating patients on good oral hygiene practices and advising them on proper aftercare following certain dental procedures.
• Full clinical autonomy.

Associate Dentist Requirements:

• Doctor of dental surgery (DDS) or doctor of medicine in dentistry (DMD).
• State license to practice dentistry.
