Job summary

Gentle Care Smiles in Vermont, VIC is seeking a Dentist to deliver preventative, restorative and cosmetic dental care with a patient-centered approach.

You will work with a supportive team across general dentistry, maintain accurate records, and communicate clearly with patients about options, costs and outcomes.

Mentoring is available for new grads; modern digital technologies, strong infection control, and ongoing professional development are prioritized.

Qualifications

  • Valid registration with the Dental Board of Australia and current practising certificate.
  • Bachelor of Dental Surgery or equivalent recognised in Australia.
  • New grads welcome to apply; mentoring and training provided.
  • Strong clinical skills with proficiency in general dentistry procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and staff.
  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of care and attention to detail.
  • Current professional indemnity insurance or ability to obtain coverage.
  • Knowledge of modern dental practices, materials and digital technologies.
  • Commitment to continuing professional development and staying current with dental advancements.
  • Current CPR and first aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Gentle Care Smiles is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our practice. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality dental care to our patients in Vermont, VIC and surrounding suburbs.

As a Dentist, you will play a vital role in providing preventative, restorative, and cosmetic dental treatments whilst maintaining the highest standards of patient care and clinical excellence.
