ETS Dental in Timonium, MD is seeking a Lead Dentist to head a private practice just north of Baltimore. You will operate as an independent clinician with direct mentorship from an owner with 15+ years of success, earning strong first-year potential ($200k–$300k).

The role emphasizes growth, leadership, and ownership-like responsibilities in a long-standing, patient-centered office. The schedule is Monday–Thursday 8:00–5:00 with two Friday half-days, no weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years of clinical experience required.
• Scope: Basic restorative and cosmetic work (Bread & Butter).
• Long-term growth focused role as the primary on-site associate.
• Endo on molars and impacted wisdom teeth are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the private practice as the on-site clinician with mentorship support from the owner.
• Provide general, cosmetic, restorative dentistry and basic surgical procedures as available.
• Manage patient flow and maintain high-quality patient care.

Requirements for the Dentist:

• 2 Years of clinical experience required
• Scope: Basic restorative and cosmetic work (“Bread & Butter”), but willing to expand!
• Seeking a long-term, growth focused, role as the primary associate on-site
• Molar Endo and Impacted Wisdom Teeth OS strongly preferred, but NOT required.

Highlights of our clinic for the Dentist:

• Fee-for-service and PPO model
• Family based practice, mainly working with Adults!
• Scope of Office: General, Cosmetic, Restorative, Oral Surgery, Endo, and Implant Dentistry
• Fully Staffed; 2 Hygienists and 1 Full-Time DA.
• Up to 20 new patients per month
• See 12-18 patients per day (non-hygiene)
• Current Provider’s Monthly Net Production: $65,000
• Office in service for over 30 years!

Compensation & Benefits of the Dentist:

• $650-$800 Daily Guarantee for 3 months
• 33%-35% of Collections to follow (35% comes with repayment)
• Associate responsible for equal % of lab fees
• Mentorship from Owner
• Potential Equity option

Schedule for the Dentist:

• Monday - Thursday (8:00-5:00)
• Two Fridays a month (8:00-1:00)
• No Weekends!
