Job summary

MB2 Dental is seeking a motivated General Dentist to join one of two thriving practices in the Greater Northern Houston area. You’ll perform a wide range of procedures across restorative dentistry, extractions, root canals, pediatric treatment, and removable prosthetics, with implant experience being a plus but not required.

The role offers 100% clinical autonomy, a Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends), and a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k).

• Active Texas dental license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Open to treating pediatric patients.

Responsibilities

Overview

A partnered office of MB2 Dental is currently seeking a motivated, well-roundedGeneral Dentist to join one of two thriving practices in the Greater Northern Houston area. These opportunities are ideal for doctors who enjoy practicing comprehensive dentistry and are comfortable treating patients of all ages. The ideal candidate will be interested inperforming a wide range of procedures, including restorative dentistry, extractions, root canals, pediatric treatment, and removable prosthetics. Implant experience is a plus but not required.

MB2 Dental is a growing Dental Partnership Organization (DPO) with 800+ practices across 45 states. Unlike your traditional DSO model, our Owners maintain complete control and clinical autonomy as they continue to run their offices as they see fit.

The compensation package includes a combination of the following:

• $150,000+ annual potential annual earnings
