Job summary

Raybrex Dental Recruiting is assisting a private dental office in Tallahassee, FL to hire a full-time associate dentist for 4–5 days a week in a state-of-the-art practice.

The office operates on FFS and PPO plans only, with supportive staff including assistants, hygienists, and front desk personnel. The ideal candidate will bring comprehensive general dentistry skills and a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with dental software: Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix.
• Strong knowledge of dental and medical terminology.
• Pediatric dentistry experience preferred; ability to work with children.
• Aseptic techniques and infection control practices.
• Familiarity with dental imaging technologies.
• Excellent communication for patient education and interaction.
• Strong organizational skills for accurate documentation and planning.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled dentist to join our client's reputable dental office. This private office is ideally seeking a full time associate for 4 or 5 days a week. This is a state of the art office with a wonderful staff of assistants, hygienists and front desk. It is also a FFS and PPO office, with no HMOs and no Medicaid.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Perform a variety of dental procedures including general dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery.
• Execute dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other complex procedures with precision.
• Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during treatments.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Ensure infection control protocols are followed to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide optimal patient care.
