ETS Dental in Sacramento, CA is seeking an Associate Dentist to join a busy general practice with a strong patient base of 20,000+ active patients and 200–250 new patients monthly. The role offers 31% of adjusted production and an estimated $300K annual income potential, with a W-2 employment arrangement.

Expect a Monday–Friday schedule (7 a.m.–6 p.m.) with mentorship on every procedure and support from a team of five dentists.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD with an active California dental license, or ability to obtain one.
• At least 1+ year of clinical experience.
• Comfortable with crown and bridge, RCT, composites, simple extractions, and SRP.

Responsibilities

• Provide general dentistry to a steady stream of patients in a well-organized office.
• Perform crown and bridge, root canals, composites, extractions and SRP with on-site mentor support.
• Collaborate with a team of dentists, hygienists, and assistants to ensure high-quality patient care.

Want a full schedule from day one? This busy, well-run general practice in Sacramento sees 200 to 250 new patients a month and has more than 20,000 active patients. They have 22 operatories, a supportive team, and a real commitment to mentoring their doctors. They are looking for an associate to start as soon as possible.

Expect to handle crown and bridge, RCT, composite restorations, simple extractions, and SRP, with experienced dentists nearby when you want a second opinion or a hand learning something new.
