Gentle Dental is opening a new practice in Roseburg, Oregon, and seeks a full-time General Dentist to lead the launch. You’ll help establish the location, grow your patient base, and shape the patient experience with clinical autonomy and strong organizational support.

Gentle Dental is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our upcoming practice in Roseburg, Oregon.

This is a unique opportunity for a dentist who wants more than simply stepping into someone else's practice. You'll have the chance to help establish a new Gentle Dental location, build your patient base, develop long-term relationships in the community, and shape the culture of the practice from the start.

COMPENSATION

Average full-time Dentist earnings: $150,000-$400,000 annually
