PDS Health invites you to join Pflugerville Modern Dentistry & Orthodontics as an Associate Dentist. You will work with Owner Dentists to deliver high-quality dental care, gain mentorship, and expand your skills through extensive CE opportunities in a state-of-the-art, digitized practice.

We offer access to advanced technology such as CAD/CAM, CBCT, AI saliva screening, and EPIC health records, with a clear path toward ownership and leadership within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD or equivalent dental degree.
• Current state dental license.
• Strong patient-care and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality comprehensive dental care, prioritizing patient comfort and outcomes.
• Partner with Owner Dentists for coaching and mentorship.
• Expand your skills with extensive CE opportunities.
• Collaborate with in-house specialists to deliver the best patient outcomes possible.
• Use advanced technology, including CAD/CAM, CBCT, AI saliva screening, and EPIC health records.
• Align with the Owner Dentist on clinical standards and patient outcomes.
