Job summary

Iowa Primary Care Association, Inc. seeks a General Dentist to provide care at a vibrant community health center in Ottumwa, Iowa. Flexible hours within clinic schedule (Mon-Fri 8am-6pm) and a team of six dentists, with a 1:1 dental hygienist and 1:1 dental assistant ratio; uses Ochin Epic EHR.

Competitive salary range $150,000-$245,000 plus production incentives. Benefits include student loan repayment up to $50k, comprehensive insurance, 401k with match, PTO, and sign-on/relocation negotiable.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution.
• Active license to practice dentistry in the State of Iowa.
• Bilingual in English + Spanish would be a plus.

Responsibilities

The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a General Dentist to provide care at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) in Ottumwa, Iowa!

What is a community health center (FQHC)?

The largest source of comprehensive primary care for underserved communities and populations.

With an integrated care model that includes medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services, patients can access comprehensive, coordinated services often under one roof.

Role Details:

• Hours:flexible within the clinic hours of Monday-Friday 8am-6pm
• Sees on average 12-15 patients per day
• Provider team includes:6 dentists, 1:1 dental hygienist ratio, & 1:1 dental assistant ratio
• EHR: Ochin Epic
