Job summary

Benevis is hiring an Associate Dentist to join our mission of delivering quality dental care to communities. You will work with a supportive team, serve primarily patients aged 3–21 and some adults, and participate in routine activities that enhance patient experiences.

We offer a guaranteed base pay of $800 per day, a $20,000 sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, relocation support, and comprehensive benefits including insurance, 401(k) and malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

• We require a DDS/DMD from an accredited dental program and a current active license.
• CPR/DEA certifications are expected; nitrous oxide certification preferred in some states.
• Compassionate care for children and adults; team player with patient focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental services with support from a dedicated team.
• Collaborate with staff during morning huddles and daily planning.
• Maintain high-quality patient care for both children (majority) and adults.

Responsibilities

Associate Dentists are responsible for providing dental services to patients with the support of their team. Our practice has:

• DentaPro software
• Digital x-ray and Panorex units
• Fiber-optic handpieces
• Yearly OSHA and HIPPA and Emergency Management training
• Ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, 2 dental assistants per provider
• Patient Base: primarily ages 3-21 and up to 30% adult population (depending upon location)
• Office flow: average 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients
• State insurance plans, PPO and out-of-network payor mix

Qualifications

We expect you to have:

• DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
• Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
• Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
• Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
• Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
