Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited institution is required.
  • Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
  • Experience with dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft or Dentrix preferred.
  • Knowledge of pediatric dentistry principles is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and dental terminology is essential.
  • Previous experience in a dental clinic or office setting is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to patient care.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.

  • Perform a range of general restorative procedures; implants/endo a plus but not required.

Job description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate dentist to join our client's private dental practice. This is a very reputable office, that is seeking a full time dentist. Ideally they are needing an experienced dentist.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on pediatric dentistry and general dentistry. This role requires a strong understanding of dental terminology, patient care, and various dental procedures, including oral surgery, endodontics, and prosthodontics. This FFS and PPO office, has an amazing team that works very well together and all the latest in equipment.

Duties
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans.
  • Perform a range of general restorative procedures. If a dentist is proficient in implants and endo that is a plus, but those are not required.
  • Utilize medical imaging techniques for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in four-handed dentistry practices to enhance patient care efficiency.
  • Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies.
  • Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training.

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
