La Clinica is seeking aDentist in Medford, OR, to provide preventive, urgent, and restorative dental care in a mission-driven setting. The role emphasizes patient relationships and collaboration with a dedicated team.

The position requires a DDS/DMD, an active Oregon license, DEA, and BLS certification. You will participate in community outreach and pursue ongoing education to improve community health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Dentist Degree program (DMD or DDS).
• Professional clinical experience in adult and pediatric dentistry, including emergency care.
• Strong interpersonal communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Current Oregon Dental license in good standing and DEA licensure.
• BLS HealthCare Provider (First Aid/ CPR) certification.

Sign-On Bonus: Eligible for a sign-on bonus of $10,000-$25,000 depending on experience. Half of the bonus is paid in your first paycheck, with the remainder paid after one year of continuous employment (figures based on a full-time position).
