This is a full-time, on-site Dentist role based in the Greater Madison area. The Dentist will provide comprehensive clinical care, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery of restorative, preventive, and cosmetic procedures. Daily responsibilities include performing procedures such as fillings, crowns, extractions, and periodontal care, as well as reviewing radiographs, maintaining accurate clinical records, and ensuring adherence to infection control and safety protocols. The role involves collaborating closely with hygienists, assistants, and front-office team members to coordinate patient care, support treatment acceptance, and deliver an excellent patient experience. The Dentist will also participate in patient education, contribute to practice growth, and support the practice’s values-driven culture.
