Job summary

Station Dental Group in Wheat Ridge / Lakewood, CO is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join our well-established practice. You will be the primary provider with autonomy over a broad range of procedures, from diagnosis through completion, in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

We offer a four-day schedule (32 clinical hours plus lunch) with competitive compensation based on experience, and a full benefits package after 60 days, including medical, dental and vision, CE

Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinical dentistry experience.
• Ability to work independently in a busy practice.
• Comfort with surgical extractions, bone grafting, and membranes.
• Experience with implants and restorative dentistry is preferred.
• Proficiency with clear aligner therapy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary provider for the practice and manage a broad case mix.
• Perform implants, extractions, dentures, and restorative procedures.
• Guide treatment from diagnosis through completion with patient-centric care.
• Collaborate with specialists as needed to ensure comprehensive care.

Associate Dentist - Wheat Ridge / Lakewood, CO

Station Dental is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join our well-established, comprehensive practice in the Wheat Ridge/Lakewood area. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who enjoys clinical variety, autonomy, and comprehensive patient care and wants to take on a primary provider role within the practice.

• Start Date: October 2026
• Experience: 5+ years preferred
• Schedule: 4 days per week | 32 clinical hours + lunch
• Schedule may alternate Mondays and Fridays and include a mix of longer and shorter days
• Primary scheduled doctor for the practice
• Part-time associate currently works 1-3 days per week

Clinical Opportunities

The practice offers comprehensive dentistry and is seeking a well-rounded provider comfortable with a variety of procedures, including:

• Implant placement and implant restorations
• Extractions, including bone grafting and membrane placement
• Dentures and partials
• Invisalign and clear aligner therapy
• Same-day CEREC crowns and e.max restorations
• Endodontics, particularly anterior teeth and premolars

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a dentist who:

• Has 5+ years of clinical experience
• Is confident working independently
• Is comfortable with surgical extractions, bone grafting, and membranes
• Is very comfortable with clear aligner therapy
• Has experience with dentures and partials
• Can complete implant restorations
• Is comfortable with CEREC and same-day e.max crowns
• Can perform some endodontic treatment, particularly anterior and premolar cases
• Enjoys providing comprehensive care and is not looking to routinely refer out procedures they are comfortable performing
• Competitive compensation with a daily guarantee or percentage of collections, based on experience and production
• Strong patient demand designed to help providers exceed their guarantee quickly
