Job description

Position Summary

Compensation

Salary begins at $210,000.00+ per year (1.0 FTE). Bonuses: $75,000.00 total – $25,000.00 sign‑on bonus, $25,000.00 retention bonus after 2.5 years, and $25,000.00 retention bonus after 5 years of service.

Responsibilities
  • Provide patients with exceptional dental care and remove barriers to a patient’s ability to maintain a healthy smile.
  • Treat problems associated with teeth and surrounding tissues.
  • Conduct treatment planning, restoration, extractions, root canal treatments, and periodontal disease management.
  • Perform routine exams, review radiographs, and assess patients’ dental conditions.
  • Administer local anesthetics and use infection control protocols.
  • Refer patients to specialists when necessary.
  • Collaborate with NorthLakes providers and external resources to maximize integration of care.

  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and presenting technical information.
  • Mathematical skills: probability, statistics, geometry, and trigonometry.
  • Reasoning: solve practical problems with limited standardization.
  • Computer skills: Electronic Health Record database and word processing software.
