Job summary

Enable Dental, Inc. provides mobile dental care to patients in assisted living facilities, skilled nursing homes, and other settings requiring in-home visits. The role focuses on geriatric and special needs care with a Part-Time schedule, traveling to multiple locations.

The clinician will perform exams, diagnose, plan treatments, and carry out a range of general dental procedures tailored to elderly and disabled patients, requiring flexibility and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid state dental license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse patient populations.
• Empathy, patience, and adaptability when working with elderly and disabled patients.
• Ability to perform a broad range of general dental procedures.
• Familiarity with dental software for maintaining patient records and treatment plans.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record for travel to multiple locations.
• Commitment to working in mobile dental settings outside of traditional offices.

Effective communication and proficiency with dental technology are essential to maintain high standards and ensure positive patient experiences.

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution

Compensation: 28%-30% of net production (depending on nature of services provided in the market)
