Job Description

Required to be a fully enrolled Florida Medicaid Provider, credentialed with DentaQuest Dental Insurance and Liberty Dental Insurance. Must be able to provide a full range of general dental services, including comprehensive exams, preventive services, restorations, removable dentures, extractions, and use of EagleSoft Electronic Oral Health Record and HMS (Health Management System).
