Job summary

Bravere's dental practice in Hot Springs, AR is seeking a Lead Associate Dentist to provide comprehensive general dentistry with clinical autonomy and strong team support.

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Active Arkansas dental license, or ability to obtain licensure prior to start date.
  • Current DEA registration, or eligibility to obtain.
  • Excellent clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-centered approach.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
  • 3-5 years of experience preferred.

About The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated, patient-focused Lead Associate Dentist to join a growing dental practice serving the Hot Springs, AR area. This is not a typical associate role. The goal is to give the right dentist meaningful clinical leadership and local influence, while our team supports the business side — staffing, operations, marketing, payer/admin work, facilities, and growth.
