Dental Dreams LLC is seeking a qualified Dentist to join our growing practice in the Harrisburg area. You will have complete autonomy over treatment planning and the opportunity to mentor under top-rated clinicians in a fully digital, paperless office.

The role offers a permanent daily minimum guarantee, a $50,000 sign-on bonus, and 35% of production with an average total comp ranging from $290,000 to $350,000+ annually for full-time dentists.

Qualifications

• Current or future DDS/DMD license in the US.
• Ability to work with autonomy in treatment planning.
• Experience with comprehensive general dentistry is preferred.
