Job summary

ETS Dental in Hagerstown, MD seeks an Associate Dentist with at least 1 year of clinical experience, or 2026 graduates. The role requires proficiency in exams, treatment planning, fillings, crowns, bridges, implants, extractions, endodontics, and dentures.

• Must have 1 year of clinical experience or be a 2026 graduate.
• Proficient in comprehensive exams, treatment planning and restorative procedures.
• Experience with implants, extractions, endodontics and dentures is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive exams, create treatment plans and carry out restorative procedures.
• Provide implant restorations, extractions and endodontic services.
• Fabricate and adjust partial and full dentures for patients.

Our well-established dental practice is seeking an enthusiastic Associate Dentist to join our experienced team! Candidates should ideally have at least 1 year of clinical experience, but we are open to 2026 Graduates. All applicants must be proficient in comprehensive exams, treatment planning, restorative procedures (fillings, crowns, bridges), implant restoration, simple extractions and endodontics, as well as partial and full dentures.SIGN ON BONUS!!!

Practice highlights for the Dentist:

• Fee-for-Service (FFS) and PPO
• Family-oriented, primarily serving Adult patients (80%)
• Several Dental Assistants and Hygienists on site
• iTero, Nomad, Digital radiographs
• Provider sees up to 15 patients per day
• 40 Years of Trusted Service

Compensation & Benefits of the Dentist:

• Daily Guarantee for 6 months
• Base Salary (Plus a tiered compensation package after $30K collected)
• Monthly production $80,000/avg.

Schedule of the Dentist:

• Full Time (32-36 hours a week)
• Monday – Thursday (Off by 6:00 pm)
• Friday (Half day, off by 1:00 pm)
