Our innovative in-school dental program offers something different than a traditional dental practice. With a workday that ends with the school day and no nights or weekends, our program is perfect for dentists looking to supplement their current income, working parents, recent graduates, those looking towards retirement and anyone who wants to make a difference in the dental field.

We are currently looking for dentists in Fayetteville, NC and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide dental care to underserved children at their school as part of Smile North Carolina’s in-school dental program.
• Transform classrooms, auditoriums, gyms or other suitable areas into fully functional dental offices for the day using portable equipment.
• Deliver preventive and restorative dental care in a school setting with a focus on accessibility and efficiency.
• Collaborate with school staff and dental professionals to support student oral health.

Qualifications

• Dental degree (DMD or DDS).
• Ability to work well with both children and adults.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel daily to/from school sites.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S. without Visa Sponsorship.
