Job summary

CareArc is actively seeking a full-time Dentist to join our expanding dental team in Emporia, Kansas. The role encompasses evaluating and treating patients, responding to emergencies, and educating patients on self-management.

The candidate should be capable of working independently and with a team, with bilingual abilities and EMR experience considered a plus. Education requirements include graduation from an accredited dental school, Kansas dental license, and a license to prescribe

Qualifications

• License to prescribe medication in Kansas.
• CPR certification obtained within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide dental evaluation, treatment, and consultation services to patients.

Job description

CareArc is seeking a full-time Dentist to join our expanding dental team.

Duties include:

• Providing dental evaluation, treatment, and consultation services to patients of the clinic;
• Responding to emergencies and answering dental questions;
• Providing patient education and self-management support;
• Refilling prescriptions, administration of medications, and referrals;
• Performing other duties needed for patient care.

The ideal candidate is customer service orientated, self-motivated, attentive to detail and can work efficiently both independently and with a team. Bilingualism, strong computer skills and experience with electronic medical records are a plus.

Education and Experience

• Graduate from an accredited school of dentistry
• Licensure as a dentist in the State of Kansas
• Licensure to prescribe medication in the State of Kansas
• CPR Certification (must be obtained within 30 days of employment)
