Today Dental in Crowley, TX is looking for a full-time dentist to join a fully digital practice with modern equipment. You will be the sole dentist, see every new patient, diagnose, treatment plan, and provide comprehensive care with complete clinical autonomy.

The position offers strong earning potential: $200,000–$400,000+ annually, plus a $800 daily minimum guarantee. Reimbursement is PPO and fee-for-service only, with high reimbursement rates and no HMO.

Qualifikationen

• DDS/DMD with active Texas license required.
• Established clinical skill set and current production.
• Long-term commitment to the practice.

The Numbers:

• $200,000 – $400,000+ annually
• $800/day guarantee minimum

• 60+ new patients per month, driven by established marketing

The Setup:

You are the only dentist in the office. Every new patient is yours. No associates competing for chair time, no production splits with doctors down the hall. Full-time hygienist on staff.

Full clinical autonomy. You diagnose, you treatment plan, you decide. Molar endo, surgical extractions, implants, and Invisalign stay in-house, and we support CE for anything you want to add to your scope. Company pays lab expenses.

Fully digital practice with a scanner and modern equipment throughout.
