SCHEDULE:

• Mondays 9am - 5pm
• Tuesdays 9am - 5pm
• Wednesdays 9am - 5pm
• Fridays 9am - 5pm

Compensation:

• Up to 35% collections minus half labs

• General Dentistry license in the state of INDIANA
