Job summary

360care is looking for a passionate General Dentist to serve geriatric and underserved communities in Charleston, West Virginia. This 1099 Independent Contractor role offers great compensation, a flexible schedule, and the opportunity to focus on patient care. Responsibilities include traveling to facilities, providing comprehensive dental care, and documenting treatments. You will have the support of trained dental assistants and a Care Coordination team. Qualifications

• Ability to provide comprehensive dental care including preventative dentistry and oral surgery.
• Must be a licensed Dentist with experience in long term care.
• Compassionate and dedicated to serving geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Travel to skilled nursing and long term care facilities.
• Provide comprehensive dental care to patients.
• Document all procedures using EMR system.
• Supervise Dental Assistant and Dental Hygienist.

Seeking a General Dentist with heart for the Geriatric and Underserved Communities!

The Dental Care you provide gives the residents of the facilities we serve their dignity and quality of life!

As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you will receive great compensation and enjoy a flexible schedule.

No evenings or weekends as we work around your availability.

Dentist Responsibilities:

• Travel to skilled nursing and long term care facilities.
• Provide comprehensive dental care in the areas of preventative dentistry, removable prosthodontic, and oral surgery.
• Properly document all procedures and treatment utilizing our EMR system.
• Follow established standards, protocols, and practices.
• Provide supervision of Dental Assistant and Dental Hygienist working as a team.

Qualifications

• Trained dental assistants on all visits
• All scheduling and billing are completed by 360care
• Full office support including a Care Coordination team handling all consents, pre-authorizations, patient scheduling, post op and IT support
• Field support and mentorship from Clinical Director
• State of the art portable equipment, instruments, and supplies
  • Including the Aseptic delivery system with high and low speed hand pieces and suction
  • Handheld X-ray camera (all our DA are certified to take the x-rays)
  • Hand Held Digital Sensor for Digital Imaging
