COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Dental Director (DDS, DMD)

• Up to $245K guaranteed salary
• $35K in annual retention bonus (evergreen)
• Up to $280K in total annual compensation

• ‘Bread & butter’ General dentistry - serving a variety of case-mix and all age groups.
