Amergis is seeking a dentist to join our Dentistry team in Boulder, CO. The Dentist will diagnose and treat patients, address oral health issues, and provide patient education on care and prevention.

Qualifications

• Must hold either a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DDM) degree.
• Must be currently licensed and in good standing in the state in which they are practicing.
• A minimum of one year experience as a dentist is preferred.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
