Job summary

Guardian Dentistry Partners seeks an Associate Dentist for Bethesda Dental Specialists in Bethesda, MD. This full‑time (Mon-Fri) role offers a competitive compensation package with potential for additional earning through production percent and a modern, fully digital practice.

You will deliver comprehensive general, cosmetic and restorative dentistry, perform exams, diagnose conditions, and develop patient-centered treatment plans.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Active State Dental License & DEA License in good standing.
• Competency in comprehensive dentistry including patient comfort and outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive general, cosmetic and restorative dental care—with a focus on patient comfort, education and outcomes.
• Perform thorough examinations, diagnose conditions and create clear, patient-centered treatment plans.
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants and operational partners for seamless, high-quality care.
• Leverage digital tools such as digital x-rays, iTero, and CEREC to support accurate diagnosis and patient communication.
• Engage in continuing professional development through the clinician network and learning resources.
• Contribute to a team culture built on respect, integrity and growth.
• Potential to also work at a sister practice nearby.
