• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Active State Dental License and DEA License in good standing.
• Competency in comprehensive dentistry including restorative procedures, endodontics, crowns and bridges.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive general, cosmetic and restorative dental care with emphasis on patient comfort and outcomes.
• Create thorough examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop patient-centered treatment plans.
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants and operations teams for high-quality care.
• Leverage digital tools (digital x-rays, iTero, CEREC) to support accurate diagnosis and patient communication.
• Engage in continuing professional development through SDM’s clinician network and learning resources.
• Contribute to a team culture built on respect, integrity and growth.

Associate Dentist – Bethesda Dental Specialists (Bethesda, MD)

Full-Time: Monday-Friday OR Part-time | $250,000-$350,000 annually (Full-Time)

What We’re Looking For

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
• Active State Dental License & DEA License, in good standing
• Competency in comprehensive dentistry including:
  • Restorative procedures
  • Extractions (simple and surgical)
  • Crown & Bridge
  • Endodontics (Root Canals)
  • iTero scanning
  • Implant placement experience is a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication skills & a collaborative spirit
