Confidential Dental Practice in Altoona, PA is seeking an Associate Dentist to join a growing multi-office group with an established patient base.

The role offers clinical autonomy, mentorship for recent graduates, advanced technology, and a busy schedule with Monday–Thursday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM and optional Fridays.

Earn $200K+ base with uncapped earnings up to $700K, with a transition to a percentage-of-collections and strong support from experienced staff.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active Pennsylvania dental license or eligibility for licensure.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

Compensation

• Base salary of $200,000+ annually
• Earn up to $700,000 annually based on production

What You'll Do
