Responsibilities

• Report to the VA facility at the scheduled date and time.
• Complete facility check-in and badging with VA Police.
• Coordinate access to dental sampling locations as directed.
• Collect samples from designated dental chairs and waterlines.
• Label samples and maintain chain-of-custody records.
• Prepare samples for transfer to the laboratory per procedures.
• Use PPE and follow safety requirements.
