Affordable Care is seeking a Treatment Plan Coordinator to manage daily non-clinical operations in a dental office. You will handle appointment scheduling, payments, insurance verifications, and communications to ensure patient satisfaction and clinic profitability.

The role requires 2-5 years in sales or client-facing roles, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills. Training will be provided; benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of sales experience in a service setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service and resolve dissatisfaction with urgency.
• Collect co-payments and verify insurance coverage.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments and manage charts.
• Handle after-hour calls and emails; monitor patient flow.
• Manage costs and overall profitability; track deposits and payments.
• Educate patients on insurance benefits and financing options.
• Follow-up with patients to complete treatment plans as directed.
