Gentle Dental Medford Main, Medford Kids, and Northgate are seeking a full-time Dental Therapist to join our Medford-area teams, providing care across multiple practices.

You will practice at the top of your licensure, collaborate with experienced clinicians, and help expand access to high-quality oral healthcare for the Medford community.

This role offers a competitive package including $155,000+ annual compensation and a $15,000 sign-on bonus, plus comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited Dental Therapy program.
• Current Oregon Dental Therapist license or ability to obtain licensure prior to employment.
• Current CPR certification.
• Passion for patient-centered care and expanding access to oral healthcare.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
