Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Dental Therapy from a CODA-accredited program.
• Active Minnesota Dental Therapy license required.
• Current CPR (BLS) certification from AHA or Red Cross.
• Knowledge of public health principles and practices preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of primary dental care and periodontal patient care.
• Strong English communication skills; additional languages a plus.
• Ability to travel on occasion; DHS background checks completed.
• Proficiency in computer systems, including Open Dental and Microsoft Office.

• Active MN Dental Therapy License required
