Seattle Dental Associates is seeking a Dental Sterilization Technician / Hygiene Assistant to support our clinical team and ensure the highest standards of safety and care.

This role offers on-the-job training, growth in dentistry, and a friendly, team-focused environment. The schedule is Mon-Thu 6:30am-4:30pm with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Reliable team player with strong work ethic.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the dental field.
• Prior experience in a dental setting is a plus, but not required.
• CPR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper sterilization and disinfection of dental instruments and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and sterilization areas.
• Assist hygienists with room setup, breakdown, and patient flow.
• Support patient comfort and care during hygiene appointments.
• Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Follow OSHA and infection control protocols with precision.

Wage: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
