Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a dental sterilization technician.
• Must be able to transport supplies and equipment.

• Organized with strong knowledge of dentistry and dental terminology.

Responsibilities

• Decontaminate and clean all equipment and instruments to ensure sterility.
• Accurately assemble instrument sets based on established count sheets.
• Prepare and package instruments, differentiating steam versus gas sterilization needs.
• Store, deliver, and manage sterile supplies using aseptic technique.
• Evaluate equipment function and report issues for repair or maintenance.
• Clean and sanitize clinical areas between patients and restock treatment rooms.
• Support daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checklists.
